Selling Contract Rules

HANDBAG SELLING & AUTHENTICATION AGREEMENT

This Handbag Buyback & Authentication Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between LuxeStyle Boutique ("Buyer"), operating in the State of Texas, and the undersigned individual ("Seller"). By submitting an item for evaluation, Seller acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Pre-Submission & Photo Review

Seller agrees to submit clear and accurate photographs of the handbag prior to shipment, including all four exterior sides, bottom, interior, date/serial code, and any available product documentation. Any estimate provided based on photographs is non-binding and for informational purposes only.

2. Shipping & Insurance Responsibilities

Seller is responsible for securely packaging and shipping the handbag to Buyer using standard shipping with tracking. Buyer does not offer insured shipping, and insurance is not required. Seller may, at Seller’s discretion and expense, purchase shipping insurance independently. Risk of loss, theft, or damage remains with Seller until the item is received by Buyer. Buyer is not responsible for carrier-related loss or damage prior to receipt. Buyer will cover the cost of professional authentication.

3. Authentication & Evaluation

Upon receipt, Buyer will arrange professional authentication and conduct an in-hand evaluation based on condition, authenticity, and current market demand. Following evaluation, Buyer will present Seller with a final purchase offer. Buyer reserves the right to decline any item at its sole discretion

4. Offer Acceptance & Payment

Payment will be issued via Zelle or as store credit, as selected by Seller. Ownership of the handbag transfers to Buyer upon issuance of payment, and the transaction becomes final.

5. Declined Offers & Return Shipping

If item has to be returned, Buyer will return the handbag to Seller using standard shipping with tracking at Buyer’s expense. Buyer does not provide insured return shipping and is not responsible for shipping delays or carrier performance.

6. Seller Representations & Warranties

Seller represents and warrants that Seller is at least eighteen (18) years of age, the lawful owner of the handbag, and that the item is free from liens, claims, or encumbrances. Seller further guarantees that the handbag is 100% authentic and not counterfeit.

7. Counterfeit Items

If an item is determined to be counterfeit, Buyer reserves the right to refuse purchase, void any transaction, retain the item if required by law, and cooperate fully with law enforcement or brand owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

Buyer’s liability is strictly limited to the return of the handbag if an offer is declined. Buyer shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage caused by shipping carriers at any stage of transit, nor for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Buyer and Seller and supersedes all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
