Certification Rules & Policy

1. Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required upfront before any services begin.
  • Once payment is received, we will provide instructions for shipping your item or proceed if the item is already in our possession.
  • All payments are non-refundable.

2. Shipping Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays caused by the shipping carrier.
  • Customers are responsible for choosing a secure, trackable shipping method.

3. Insurance

  • If insurance is desired, the customer must purchase it directly through the shipping carrier.
  • We do not provide or cover shipping insurance.

4. Authentication Results

All items submitted will fall under one of the following categories:

  • Authentic – Item meets authentication standards and will be certified.
  • ⚠️ Unverifiable / Unable to Authenticate – Item cannot be confirmed as authentic. No certification will be issued.
  • Counterfeit – Item shows clear and sufficient evidence of being fake.

5. Unverifiable Items

  • Items classified as Unverifiable (including Entrupy “Unidentified” results) will:
    • NOT be labeled as fake
    • NOT receive certification
    • Be returned to the client

6. Counterfeit Items

  • Items determined to be counterfeit based on clear evidence may be:
    • Documented
    • Reported to authorities only if legally required or appropriate
  • All other items will be returned to the customer.

7. Client Responsibility

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information (name, address, contact details, item description).
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or missing information.

8. Return Shipping

  • All items will be returned after processing unless otherwise required by law.
  • We are not responsible for any issues once the item has been shipped back.

9. Ownership of Items

  • All submitted items remain the property of the client at all times.
  • We do not confiscate, destroy, or retain items.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
  • We are not responsible for any loss in value, resale issues, or third-party disputes.

11. Professional Opinion

  • Authentication results are based on expert analysis and technology (including third-party tools such as Entrupy).
  • Results are opinions, not guarantees, and are final.

12. Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
